ISP outages - was Re: [LUG] Permisssion denied even to root

Delivery of my last mail was very slow. And mails I sent yesterday evening
took nearly 16 hrs to arrive at their destination. I also have reason to 
believe
that PlusNet services are given priority over MetroNet services. A look at
the Service Status archive on MetroNet's website reveals all the gory 
details.
