The last time this came up I seem to recall that Eclipse was suggested
as a local supplier (but in looking at the website it now seems to be
owned by Kingston) and 

    "A connection fee of £47 including VAT is payable for new
    connections (1 month contract), or this fee is waived if the free
    setup and hardware option (12 month contract) is chosen. A
    cancellation fee is payable in the event of termination of service
    within contract period (see terms and conditions for further
    information). Payment of services is by direct debit, Visa or
    Mastercard"

I use BT and am happy with the service, but the bundle from Eclipse
looks attractive
