I have a (possibly perverted) prefernece for small
local providers where possible and (I'm in Holsworthy
Beacon - fancy a beer?) have been using
http://www.itsosbroadband.co.uk/ and seems to do the
job.  
You may find that they cannot reduce their prices to
match talktalk but then perhaps that kind of predatory
competition should be illegal. Though as an ex BT
employee I'm happy to see them screwed...
