Thanks for the guidance Neil. Problem now is what day to hold it on, as I said in a previous message any of the first 3 weekends in August are OK for me. Its a question of when would suit the largest number of members. Saturday or Sunday doesn't matter to me. Just a note of who can (or can't) make the poosible dates and I'll sort out the most popular.
