WikiPedia is a good start. It all depends on where the content should be pitched - different people need the same information presented in different ways to meet their expectations, their level of understanding and their background knowledge.


You are the one who knows these people and you are the one best placed to make that assessment. Even the choices of websites is dependent on what each person is like.

Find out which kinds of websites they already trust and use. Look for similar sites.

Thuderbird are a better option 4) also explains the difference
between admin and user accounts on a Windows XP (or any) system so
people know the difference and know when to use the different account
types. 5) Explains what a firewall is, and how using one can help to

how to get help,


Consider a magazine too - LinuxFormat and similar.
