Negative comments are possibly just as useful to you, so i will say that whilst my provider is very reliable and on the whole very good, they are sadly in a right royal mess at the moment and don't seem to know there a**e from their elbow :) Therefore i vote PlusNet are best probably avoided for a few months yet while they sort their lives out.
