I totaly agree here. I have used quanta a few times and there are bits if it I like, its not WYSIWYG but a kde based html editor with some helper features (that i have not explored) what i did like the most was the real time update of html code, as you type it in the lower window you got to see the results in the upper window and it does all the usual syntax highlighting etc which helps prevent you going nuts.
