I have a copy of Linux kernel internals, while it refers to kernel 2.5 
page 50/51 and page 6 has references to tankjets,  Mainly page 50.

i did a quick google search for kernel internals, and found the above

Incidently I live in Paignton and will be in Ivybridge tomorrow, at the 
u7/u8 rugby festival (ivybridge RFC), The coaches should all be wearing 
paignton coaching tops, so if you live in that area, and want to perhaps

Can't find any books on the 2.6 kernel yet.
