Hi everyone, Been a long time since I've used this list. Just a few questions: 1. Am I right in thinking fedora 2 is the equivilent of redhat 10 (but without the support)
Um, Fedora Core 2 is now outdated (4 is now nearing release) but would have been RHL 11. It's the main 'red hat linux' distro now, since RHEnterpriseLinux comes with support and paid-for features, etc.
2. What are your thoughts on using fedora for a commercial website? baring in mind I only want to use apache, mysql (locally) and ssh.
Fedora Core 3 is invariably fine for a server install. It'll include all of those. -- ~ Ben Goodger ~ Please remember to FLOSS daily. ~ www.getfirefox.com -- The Mailing List for the Devon & Cornwall LUG Mail majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with "unsubscribe list" in the message body to unsubscribe.
