Very hard to say without more clue what you are doing (I mean we can
see your building a webcam driver from source....).

Is there even a makefile in "/lib/modules/2.6.5-7.111-default/build"
as that error would occur even if you hadn't unpacked or prepared
the build environment correctly.

Seems an odd place to put a build directory to me!
