Needs wording more carefully, and it is also perhaps worth building in the business model of selling hard copies of Free software for a reasonable price, books and courses about the use of it likewise. and the nature of the support infrastructure that needs to be tapped into. Never start with a threat. And mention Ernie Ball Guitar Strings, or St Luis Obispo, a nice place to visit in California, with an interesting fish restarant on the pier.
