The SAMBA documentation appears to be incomplete in places and appears to assume starting from scratch. Anyone have any exeprience of this?
I had a mixture of NT and W9 which has now shed the W9 (oddly, I may find myself putting a W3 machine back on the network at some point. There is a REG file that tells NT to use unencrypted passwords, then reboot it a couple of times and it should work.
