Do you mean simply that GNU/Linux works well on them without tweaking, or that 
the bloke on the end of their 'phone line knows what you are getting at?  

If you mean the former, add Gigabyte (AMD and Intel CPU versions) to the list.  
However, no doubt somebody has a horror story about at least one mobo 
manufacturer or other, including Gigabyte.
