Is the relevant Interface requirement for unlicenced WLAN operation in
the spectrum used by 802.11b

I'm not a radio head but I read it as 100mW which is what I always
understood it to be.

The big boys are all interested in higher frequency last mile stuff, as
mentioned here previously.

Not as far as I know, but I know a man who can explain it :)
