Hmm... no effect, perhaps missing something here
..but I don't have the time to pin this down, I'm OK using Kate to edit my 
XML.  No 'folding' but I find the XML Validation plug-in very useful.  It 
checks for well-formedness and validates against the DTD which saves me a 
lot of failed runs of Xalan and Fop.
