I've found HP very helpful in the past with providing review software 
and whatnot to the LUG, so they'd be worth a try.
Not sure how much embedded stuff they base on Linux, but they certainly 
do firewall/server software.

Also, ThinkNIC [www.thinknic.com] are a company who make Linux based 
harddisk-less internet workstations, and actually leant us one to review 
a while ago.

I'd imagine SuSE and Redhat will be easy to convince as well.
Likewise with Microsoft also ;-)
