There is Kylix...

in Pascal, the new C++ Kylix didn't come out too well in a recent LinuxFormat 
review of GUI IDE's. OK, the reviewer was biased towards KDevelop, but Kylix 
C++ doesn't appeal to me - it gives the feeling of being too hands-off, like 
the bad old days of TWindow with those horrid dependencies in Windows.
