[LUG] log2mail

Saw a Debian security announcement on "log2mail".

Probably not the best place to find new software, but what it is
like?

Current I run "greps" in crontab for some things, but more
sophistication would be nice, what am I missing?

Does it have "canned entries" to send serious name server errors
to hostmaster or similar?

hit or miss?
