Does anyone know how to make apache forget your auth details and ask for them again. This is just Basic Auth territory.
Apache asks for the auth details every time, no matter what. It's the browser that remembers them and then introduces the details into the header info. Only the user can therefore control it - clearing the memory cache (without a private page open at the time) should do it but only closing the browser can guarantee it. - -- Neil Williams ============= http://www.codehelp.co.uk neil@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx linux@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx neil@xxxxxxxxxxxx -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE9UsQ/iAEJSii8s+MRAksrAKDGEvpAV/vHuD9A3G0Ud5p0ani79QCdFN7Z wkVBMVtqEm7MTR9kgTLOrK8= =27CF -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- The Mailing List for the Devon & Cornwall LUG Mail majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxx with "unsubscribe list" in the message body to unsubscribe.
