Microsoft in seeking to partition the Internet are making an attack on the 
commons, and in the simplest of terms their attempt to enclose part of it, 
and take it over for their own benefit would drastically reduce the value of 
the commons to the whole of mankind, for a much smaller increase in value to 
billg et al.

This is a crime against humanity.
