but that is the hardest thing of all to do.


Ah yes, but we are talking schools here ...strictly higherarchical ...seniority based on length-of-service rather than merit ...secure job for life, provided of course you don't sleep with a pupil ...if your school fails we'll simply throw more money at it, or better still re-clasify failure as 'normal'...

Yes there are many great teachers out there, however in my experience the
higher they climb the management higherarch the more idiotic they seem to
get!
