- Yeah, all right John, I am aware of the service desk.  I have 
honestly found them to be excellent in the past.

- Those kind of figures are in no way being implemented around here.  
Anyway, it is still a duff solution and not applicable to users who 
have a static location.

- Off topic indeed.  My last word on the matter, therefore, is that 
sometimes things do somehow slip out into other forums.  Again, first 
hand experience.  MB.
