[LUG] Doom

 I can't get Doom to run.
 
  SuSE 7.2 on a PowerEdge
 
 error message is 
 kernel: fd_offset is not page aligned.Please convert program sdoom
 
 This takes it beyond my knowledge of images, compilers and so on.
 Hints?
 Or a source of a recent compiled version
