hi john

thanks again - as you can see from an earlier post i have squid working - and i
have listed my ipchains rules.  it seems to have no problem with having a
dynamic ip address on ppp0 - be interested in any comments.

BTW - i WILL check out the dshield.org site site - thanks for all the replies -
