Hmm I think that the NTFS with Win 2K is a later version than
the original Linux NTFS supports. Of course I could be out of
date by now.....

Probably easiest to create a separate shared data partition, so
you can install Win2K in  an NTFS partition for security, but
put user data in a separate FAT32 partition, which will allow
Linux to both read and write to this partition.

Or you could do some work on the Linux NTFS module *8-)
