[LUG] theming enligtenment - tutorial

after searching for ages - it appears there is very very little
documentation for enlightenment theming which is a shame as what its
capable of is amazing.

I have found what appears to be the only documentation going and its only
for DR15 rather than DR17 which is the current. but its better than no
documentation and provides some good examples of how the config files
work. its at:

oh and its not complete either. enough for me to be able to make a start
on a Lum theme tonight tho'.
