[LUG] cool linux software - dia

I've just discovered a dead cool bit of X software.  Its called dia (find
it on fm) and its a technical diagram drawing package, very much along the
lines of Visio.

It's a big package and takes some time to compile but is very vey good.  I
just knocked up a good network diagram in a few mins.

Oh and a note to rh 6.1 users (like me).  To compile it you'll need to
download and install the libxml rpm from the 6.2beta dist as the version
that comes with 6.1 is too low and dia won't compile.
