I regard this more philosophically.

validator.w3c.org objects - although it objects to my pages as well
(Mostly that I have STYLE tags in my pages... and style doesn't exist).

When I get some time?!?! I'll ensure it is standard conforming.....
Unless Alex or someone gets there first.

Must say that the authors did a nice job style wise on the pages.
