Hello,

Yes some of the investigation is correct, the responsibilities break down 
as follows:

Website/Mailing list Archive: Simon
Domain Ownership/Registration: Matt
DNS/Email/Mailman: Me

So I'm able to re-point the DNS but I'd like Simon's agreement that is the 
thing he wants to do.
