As the grateful - and ongoing - recipient of Mr Meowski's advice - indeed of every list member, you included Simon - I have to agree. On top of which we all have bad days and if on occasion we seem intolerant of perceived failures in others I think we should take the rough with the smooth. I know myself having an MA in Military History I sometimes think 'How can you possibly /not/ know that??' so if someone else has expert knowledge of a subject I try to remind myself I may look as ignorant to them sometimes (although I hope I am getting better!)
