That was in reference to the el cheapo wifi repeater you had provided as
an example, not to your choice of EV charger! I wouldn't presume to
comment there.
It does seem a little odd that even the newest models don't include wifi
network capability though, especially (or perhaps because?) considering
they are packed with specialist RF gear for communicating with other
similar devices over a proprietary protocol.
Hugely [OT] but what EV do you have/are planning to get?
