You may have to go via PPM format e.g. rawtoppm file.raw | ppmtojpeg file.jpg Of course the trouble with batch conversion to jpeg is jpeg is a lossy format, and you'll either end up with loss of quality or unnecessarily large files, for batch conversion from raw "-quality 95" disk space is cheap, images can't be recreated, unless you can spend the time deciding on good enough.
