Re: [LUG] OT:NDA

What exactly are you looking for?
An NDA is a specific two art (or more) commercial agreement regarding
'trade know how of one party disclosed to the other party under
restriction" The restrictions are usually that the other party may not
disclose to any other party and if in breach a court injunction may be
obtained to force obeying of NDA.

what use do you want:
one way disclosure: You disclose to another
two way disclosure: Both parties disclose to each other.

Question: are you prepared to go to law to enforce the NDA on the other
party? It is costly.

Many forms of NDA exist but they are usually 'law forum' specific for
enforcement e.g. courts of England ; courts of Scotland

Why the 'creative commons' bit?
