Hi All

Thanks for all the replies.

1. Checked our domain is not blacklisted - encounterwalkingholidays.com
2. The accommodation is emailing from @btinternet.com. There has been no bounce backs - he simply doesn't see our emails.
3. I emailed him from rich@gucu etc and he received that fine.
4. Is anybody happy for me to send a test email to them from info at encounterwalkingholidays.com - if so could you send me one to that address and I'll reply.
5. Not sure about other bt emails because I don't know any that I can send test emails to.

Hi Richard,

I assume you tried emailing him alone from the company mailbox. Do the emails bounce back to you? If so any error messages? Do you enter his address manually or from an address book entry? With that last one I'm just thinking it could be some weird corruption that it's not sending properly. Do other users on BT Internet receive mails without any problem?
