Apparently Thunderbird supports OAuth2 now, so if IceOwl doesn't, it
must be lagging behind by a little bit.

I've used thunderbird for years and I dont remember changing the
security level for it - either my memory has faded or they just let me
carry on using it and set the security level for it.
