I also found the ordering process fantastic.If something goes wrong though, you're on your own (even if you buy Platinum Support). Their support is pitiful and they will continually try to fob you off with simple red herrings on their part that take aeons for you to prove wrong. Also, make sure the custom build is 100% right because if you've tinkered at all, they'll make you rebuild from scratch before "helping". And I think there's 1 person there that knows what Linux is - the majority is tailored for Windows. My machine had to go back 3 times before I could start using it... then we had the dents and cracks of travelling across the country so many times to deal with... in the end I just lived with what I had because I lost the will... then when the mobo failed... I'll stop now before I wind myself up...
