The PDA controls the engineer's time: He can only spend the allotted amount at your premises and can only do what's on the machine. Anything else will likely entail a follow up visit. The system caters for a simple job that, in reality, may be anything but due to circumstances at the premises. Proximity of power to master socket, for example. The visiting engineers appear reluctant to do anything simply because they get into trouble for any delays. -- Regards _ / ) "The blindingly obvious is / _)rad never immediately apparent" Looking for something I can call my own, ain't a Ford Cortina or a mortgage on a home Chairman Of The Bored - Crass
