IIRC about 100 quid is what BT Openreach charge ISPs for an FTTC
connection. Regardless if it is "brand new" or "upgrade" from another
ADSL service.

This does appear to depend on the ISP.

It is also likely to make a difference if the phone is provided via LLU
or CPS.

The cynical position is that this is a deliberate ploy to make
comparison between different providers difficult.
