No, no, no.

Just look at the world around you. Nothing, and I really mean *NOTHING*,
can protect you from the broken legal system, aggressive and
morally-compromised litigants and knee jerk modifications to said broken
system when it seems to serve the government's interest. It is quite
literally impossible to cover your ass. God himself could not keep
himself out of the courts these days.

So either yank the website entirely, or just accept the prima facie
evidence that any attempt to half-heartedly legally protect yourself is
utterly worthless.

I can't believe we're even having this conversation. Wake up chief, it's
2013 and we live in a bankrupt, corrupt society. Take a look around.
