[LUG] Raspberry Pi has landed - but stuggling to get it work on a HDMI PC monitor

G'day all,

Subject says it all.

Composite works fine.

Nothing on HDMI, I have fiddled with /boot/config.txt and got a very 
faint/dark desktop.
Tried a different HDMI cable, same.
Have not tried the Telly yet, but that is next.
HDMI works fine on the PC.

Anybody else had this?

You need only two tools.        o /////
A hammer and duct tape. If it    /@   `\  /) ~
doesn't move and it should use>   (O)  X<   ~  Fish!!
the hammer. If it moves and      `\___/'  \) ~
shouldn't, use the tape.           \\\
