Well, I'm trying... Feen using xfce4 for the past couple of hours. Very frustrating. Maybe someone can tell me how to do the following few things:Edit the menu that comes up when I right-click, or (preferably) create a new menu that comes up when I left-click.
In my FVWM world, I have a large menu with lots of options - mostly to launch xterms with ssh commands to connect me to various remote hosts. I want to replicate that in xfce...
How to make it work with csh ... It won't run my .login and .cshrc files. It also seems to dump me in ~/Desktop )-:
And ironically, 2 operations I used to do with the mouse, I'm now forced to with the keyboard - maximise the height of a window and maximise the width! In FVWM, it seemd OK as I'd just used the mouse to create or resize a window, so it was to-hand...
Oh, and pounds signs... £ what has happened? I view emails with £ signs in them and they look like inverted question marks. I type a £ sign and it's adding 2 extra spaces.
(This is in an xterm ssh'd to a remote server - the way I've always done email)
