My 10" SuperPad tablet has 2xUSB ports, both of which are set-up as
USB-host so you can attach keyboards, mice & USB 3G dongles. If you
get a specific cable (which I don't have), you can use one of the USB
ports as a USB device (rather than as a USB host).

Annoyingly I have had a poke around inside the system and it seems to
come with an almost complete Bluetooth stack... the only thing it is
missing is the appropriate Linux module so it knows what to do when I
plug in my USB Bluetooth dongle! I'm thinking I might have a crack at
cross-compiling it at some point.

Grant.
