If you have three disks 
Can you take the one you want to put the new OS on and plug it in the
Primary Header (assuming IDE) set the IDE jumper to Master, unplug the
other two and install your OS 

Then when it works OK (as it will it linux) 

Plug in the other two and set as Slave/  secondary disks and do the boot
selection out of the Bios (most use F12 on boot ) to get in to Windose.

If that all works OK then you can play with the Grub loader to load any
OS you have.
