They claim your actions give them permissions to do what you ask them to
do, how extortionate ;)

With a CC licence it would depend on the licence and if you own the
original copyright as to whether there is an issue. If you own the
original copyright it is mute, if you don't you need to see if you have
rights to sub-licence the content. Facebook ask if you have suitable
rights each time you upload things.
