Looks like torplay in torquay have a room that would suit as a lug meet for presentations, I am asking if they have a projector http://www.torplay.co.uk/Function.html however the room will COST so to quote site "Our spacious function room is perfect for any event and only costs £40 per session to hire. Sessions are : Morning 8-12, Afternoon 1-5, Evening 6-10" As I am tied up with rugby i can't arrange anything properly till then, but will try and arrange a meeting myself with them, so i can go in and chat. This leads to the question can the lug help fund this 40 quid a session thats 4 hours or 10 quid an hour Are people happy to contribute in return for doing a talk of some sort,? is anyone willing to sponsor the event ?
