hi all what a brilliant idea this is ,would never happen in east devon,everyone thought the strange creaking noises coming from the knowle council office was the foundations.
it was found later to be the sound of a very tight wallet.

Nope, for starters I'd need to get it PAT tested (I won't go there!).

I might just take the hit and give it a call and see if they can call me
back.
