Actually you can get most of these devices on their own through resellers, DealExtreme cover a few tablets but nowhere near the number actually out there and available through some other resellers whose names I cannot for the life of me remember. The MP4 nation blog has quite a few of them and after that a quick search should find a supplier for you --> http://mp4nation.net/blog/

Probably wouldn't be able to get one on it's own though.  Guess we'll have to wait for a UK supplier to pick a load up and bang em out at £150 each.
