Google Maps?

As far as I'm aware there is no dedicated route-planning software
that's available for Linux that is usable 'off-line'.  You could try
running Autoroute under Wine - not all Windows applications work nicely
under Wine, and I dare say that since Autoroute is now a Microsoft
application it *probably* won't play well, but it's always worth trying.
