Not really, unless I crafted it by hand (I'm at Stockland Hill, so I
can't pick up the Caradon Hill signals). You should be able to
generate a channel conf file by using scan though. Create a file
called uk-CaradonHill with the following lines in it:

# uk-CaradonHill
T 474167000 8MHz AUTO AUTO     AUTO AUTO AUTO NONE    # COM4
T 497833000 8MHz AUTO AUTO     AUTO AUTO AUTO NONE    # COM5
T 506167000 8MHz AUTO AUTO     AUTO AUTO AUTO NONE    # PSB2
T 521833000 8MHz  2/3 NONE    QAM64   8k 1/32 NONE    # COM6
T 530167000 8MHz AUTO AUTO     AUTO AUTO AUTO NONE    #PSB1

Now run the command:
$ scan -u uk-CaradonHill > channels.conf

Let me know if you still don't get your BBC channels in the conf file
created after that.
