Except in Germany where there is a court ruling to the effect that a
Windows licence is a Windows licence. The claimed restrictions attached
to a "non retail" version having no legal basis. Also that the German
equivalent of the "first-sale doctrine" applies to software. Or at least
software otherwise treated as a "widget".
